I tried supporting this eco friendly company but the follow through customer service via the app leaves much to be desired. If no driver is available via the app, the time you spend inputting your request is wasted. This goes for real time requests and pre-booked requests. You need to offer alternatives to "we can't help you " if you want to remain competitive. The customer service in the cab is great. I take issue with the app.

I love current taxi! All cars are clean, sleek and the drivers are very friendly and professional. I love booking trips ahead of time on my phone, as well as getting a quote for the trip before I book. The price is equal or almost less than other local cab companies, and you get to ride in a Tesla!
