I love Coach! I bought a belt bag and a handbag, and both are beautiful and high-quality. The leather feels amazing, and the designs are classic but stylish. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the shopping experience was great. Definitely one of my favorite brands!

Wow! I’ve read many stories of sales associates not being personable or helpful with recommendations but Pana here hit it out of the park! I came in and took a bit of time but she was so patient, very helpful with picking out the right bag for me, AND gave me some helpful recommendations on cleaning/maintenance… as well as bags that I would love - and she was right (I’m in trouble lol!). 🥰 I love the care, attention, and detail she provided while being very “human” and not treating it as just some transaction. Love her vibe. She made my day! Would come back just for her! 🩷🩷

I went here to shop this week and the experience was not something I would like. There was no respect at the cash counter the cashier seemed not to be interested and also with the belt I purchased i wanted it to packed with paper or even a coach sticker to hold the paper or anything to make it presentable as it’s a holiday gift. But they were like” we don’t have anything available “. Like what the hell is this it’s that time of the year and you should have prepared yourself. On the other hand I ordered a bag as a gift from MK and it is so well packed and presented.

I had a fantastic experience at the Coach Outlet in Vaughan! From the moment I called the store to the time I checked out, Valerie 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She went above and beyond to make my shopping experience easy and enjoyable — truly a top-notch employee who stood out! I also want to mention the manager, who was very sweet, understanding, and welcoming. Excellent customer service all around — definitely a five-star experience!
