One of the standout aspects of Magnolia is their ability to handle your whole home. We decided to bundle our outdoor living area and bathroom renovations with them, which allowed us to tackle two major projects under the same timeline. This coordination made the process so much smoother and less stressful than managing separate renovations. Ed, our primary contractor for the bathroom, was an absolute professional. He was a pleasure to have around and delivered an amazing result that exceeded our expectations. Similarly, Bill, our project manager, was fantastic. Scaled renovations can be complex and frustrating, but Bill’s positive attitude and clear communication made the entire process enjoyable. Overall, I would certainly contract with Magnolia again because you can be confident the end result will be great. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to offer more design resources—things like idea generation, 3D rendering, and appliance advice would really help clients visualize their projects from the start. That aside, Magnolia is a top-notch team, and I highly recommend them!

We wanted to add some customization to our builder grade home and Magnolia did not disappoint! I explained to them my vision for an electric fireplace and they executed it seamlessly! They provided me with good vendors for my fireplace unit, and our mantel. Our project manager Casey was AMAZING. He made sure we knew every step of the project as it was happening; we never felt like we were in the dark. They handled all of the permits and inspections. The entire staff were friendly and very professional. Our contractor Filip was amazing as well. Along the way, there was an issue with the drywall on the fireplace, but his craftsmanship, and attention to detail solved it no issue! Magnolia was also able to add steps to our elevated deck that our builder didn’t add on, and they were able to match the materials perfectly. No one thinks that the stairs were not already a part of the deck. We would 100% recommend Magnolia for any of your home remodeling needs.
