SMARTPHONE FAST REPAIR - CELL PHONE AND TABLET REPAIR SHOP IN MIAMI

I’m disgusted and annoyed with the customer service and laziness of the female staff (name begins with an E or I). I arrived at the mall at 7:45 as I was perviously told it takes about 45 mins to an hour max to fix the ipad when I went to this same place over the weekend…this lady told me she can’t fix the iPad because she doesn’t have time….how you don’t have time and the mall close at 9pm??? she was very dull and nonchalant clearly causing the company $150. It worked in my favor because she referred me to the repair place near the food court and they fixed it for $120.

SCAM! Stay away!! They use bad quality chinese parts! I asked for a camera screen replacement, they made me pay 54$ in advance without telling me that it would have not look as the oem part and installed the chinese screen. Eventually when I went to pick up the phone and realized that it was looking different than the original I asked for a refund which was rudely denied! Plus they didn’t clean inside the camera after replacing the screen so now it has dirt inside and the photos I take now look bad… they ruined my phone essentially. These are bad people, do yourself a favor and stay away from these SCAMMERS
