Title: Unprofessional and Careless Repair – Beware! I had a terrible experience with this repair shop. They open my phone by breaking the casing near opening point without informing me. I only discovered the truth when I brought my phone to another repair shop, where they showed me that the phone's casing was broken at the opening point. Their careless method of opening the device also put my LCD at risk of damage.To make matters worse, they also lost the metal plate that secures the battery inside. When I confronted them, they blamed the previous technician that break the casing.However, the fact is, no one else had ever opened my phone before them. This level of unprofessionalism could lead to higher repair costs for unsuspecting customers. I strongly urge others to be cautious and think twice before trusting this shop with your device!
