Stephen showed up on time to assess the job, and emailed me with a detailed quote describing what needed to be done (a lot of tuck pointing of missing mortar on two storeys, and elsewhere around the property, requiring scaffolding). His crew showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly. They hosed everything down after they were done. Stephen’s quote was reasonable for the work done, and he even pointed out work that he felt *didn’t* need to be done, at least not immediately - I appreciated that. I would definitely hire Stephen and his team again and don’t hesitate to recommend them.

Steve at SMC was responsive to my request, even though it was a small job for them. The mortar above the garage was separating due to settling. He gave a detailed explanation of what the work would entail. Steve and his team came on time, did the work promptly and for what he said it would cost. He also fixed a couple of gaps in the flagstone path at not extra cost. The garage looks great! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending SMC. Thanks Steve.

Great job, done right! Stephen and his team were able to repair my Chimney in record time on the hottest day of the year.
