Customer experiences
I was having a tooth emergency, first smiles dental came to the rescue! Setting the appointment was quick and easy, pricing was clear and consistent. My experience in office has been excellent. Yasamin Kasiri worked wonders on my teeth. I was expecting a painful experience, yet it was pain free. Very happy patient!
Best family dentist I have ever been to. My kids loved it and Dr yasmin and the rest of the team were amazing. No over treatment and so kind.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I came here for her x-rays and the whole thing turned into a nightmare. At first, it seemed fine they let me go back with her for the first round of x-rays, which was important because she struggles with anxiety. But when they needed a second set, suddenly I wasn’t allowed in. I explained why I needed to be with her, that I was there for support, and they brushed it off. I even tried to meet them halfway and offered to just wait in the hallway so she wouldn’t feel alone. Instead of working with us, they got annoyed and sent me all the way back to the waiting room. No compassion at all. When my wife explained her anxiety to them directly, they didn’t care. The secretary told us they’re “super strict” and “super professional” and even said the doctor doesn’t allow anxiety. That is beyond ridiculous. Since when is anxiety something a medical office refuses to deal with? And while we were trying to speak directly with the receptionist and dentist, his daughter kept interrupting. This is supposed to be a professional environment, yet we’re supposed to take them seriously with a kid butting in? Completely unacceptable. The only person who treated us like human beings was the Spanish-speaking dental assistant . She genuinely tried to help and this review isn’t about her. It’s about the head doctor and secretary who made everything worse. My wife left so stressed that she had a panic attack as we were walking out. This office has no compassion, no respect, and no professionalism. If you deal with anxiety, or if you just expect basic decency, stay far away from this place.
Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service. They took an X-ray of my tooth and told me they would call me with the results. I waited over three weeks, but no one contacted me. I had to follow up myself, and when I called, the person on the phone was extremely rude and started arguing with me instead of helping. He even said, "I'm doing you a favor," which was shocking, especially since they had already used my insurance for the visit. I do not recommend this clinic. They don’t value patients’ time, and their behavior is completely unprofessional.
