This was the best dentist experience I've had. The whole office works quickly and efficiently, and still communicates thoroughly at every step. They double-confirm appointments and have a straightforward waitlist process; they present all costs before procedures; Ashley is extremely deft at x-rays and anticipating what equipment or help will be needed; and Dr. Kaufman narrates every procedure calmly and clearly so there's never a question of the next step and never a surprise vibration or sound. Thank you to this wonderful team.

Roxy is Amazing !! And the staff there are super nice and patient ! Especially when it comes to financial struggles. They really helped me out with payment plans and any ideas to help financially and I truly appreciate that. Most dental offices do not care to help you and just expect you to pay whatever they say it's the amount without even checking your insurance. Too all the staff there thank you so so much. Best dental office iv ever been to.

Had 2 visits, after the first one I considered immediately cancelling due to the poor bedside manner. I wish I had. I was resuming cleanings after a gap in dental coverage, and was recommended for a "deep cleaning". I was not told any medical details before they brought in the billing manager to explain the cost and payment plans. I declined, as it was 5x what I had expected to pay. The hygienist seemed personally upset that I had declined the service, and seemed to be quite rough with me during my standard cleaning. When I expressed pain during the cleaning they told me "that's what you get" for not perfectly maintaining my teeth while without insurance, and told me the deep cleaning would have included a numbing agent — news to me, as the medical difference between the standard and deep cleaning had not been explained. The quality of service did not improve on my second visit. I had a a minor sore appear days after that second visit and escalate into a significant infection, and I did not trust this dentist to treat it. I will no longer return here.
