I’ve been a patient at Altima for over 20 years, and I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Chater is by far the most friendly and compassionate dentist I’ve ever encountered—he truly cares about his patients and makes every visit as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!

I haven’t been to the dentist in longer than I’d like to admit. Usually, you don’t get much time to actually interact with the dentist—maybe a brief moment to ask questions, if that. But my experience at Altima Dental Care in Kingston was completely different. I left with no questions unanswered and, more importantly, feeling incredibly validated and understood. The dentist was so down-to-earth and approachable, and the dental assistant was absolutely lovely—easy to talk to, patient, and just as kind. They both made me feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for. They even took the time to talk with me about my kids, answering my questions and helping me get them cared for as well. It felt like they genuinely cared—not just about me, but about my family too. I left feeling fresh, clean, and absolutely like a respected and heard human being. It was hands down the best dental visit I’ve ever had. Thank you, Altima Kingston, for being so kind and professional!

Excellent work by Dr.Fahad Chater and great sense of humor. I only wish that l was offered a mirror at the end by the technician in order to see the work. And I didn't get my goodie bag either. Minor points but l'm very happy with the work Fahad did. and it's Mary Elizabeth btw...not just "Mary."
