Charley WilliamsThe staff is ok and the dentist is friendly, however, the process and end product leaves me wishing I had gone somewhere else. I got upper and lower partials. I wanted a flexible one but the dentist said that they didn’t have those due to complaints from people. I ended up with these denture like partials that are fragile and break easily. I started the procedure to get these partials in October 2023. It’s the end of September 2024 and they just replaced the upper one because it broke for the second time. It’s great that they replaced it but it took 3 weeks and I suffered without my teeth. It’s always a 3 week turnaround if anything happens and they don’t refund your money if you don’t like the product. My last visit they offered to get me the flexible kind of I paid for them. Now wait, they had originally told me they don’t offer them. Now that I am a year in they wanted me to spend more money? The partials are thick and don’t fit well so my gums are sore. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
