Overall impression: This is the nicest and most professional dentist I have ever visited. From the moment you walk in, the receptionists are very welcoming and greet you with positivity. The dental assistants are comforting and kind. You can tell Dr. Win truly cares about her patients. She is empathetic of people’s fear of the dentist so she goes out of her way to remind you that you are doing well and if there is any pain, to let her know immediately. I have been trying to get an appointment with my own dentist which I have been a patient for years. However, with coronavirus it has been rescheduled 7 times. So I contacted iFloss yesterday since they're close to my job, and they scheduled me in right away, and on a Saturday at that! Dr. Win Naing was very informative and accommodating. She took her time with me and took a very personal approach. She wants to learn more about her patient and that's great! I might have found a new dentist and my last one lost a patient. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. I actually have coworkers that come here and they're the ones that recommended I try it out.
