I had a fantastic experience at Smiles By Design. Dr Sawhney & staff are absolutely lovely and so professional! I finished my Invisalign treatment in the spring of 2024 and couldn’t be happier with the results. I had to do a lot of travelling during the 3 years of my treatment and would sometimes be away for several months at a time. Through all that, Dr Sawhney and her team were super accommodating which made everything very stress free! Highly recommend Smiles By Design for orthodontic care!

Dr.Sawhney took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan, told me all the options available, and answered all my questions with great detail. I felt very confident in the high-quality care I was receiving. Throughout my treatment, the team was professional, gentle, and always made sure I was comfortable during each visit. I couldn’t be happier with the results of my treatment, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-tier care.

My review is based on the scheduling here. It’s been absolutely brutal through my whole treatment. First, it’s hard to get an appointment within any reasonable amount of time. If you can’t accommodate what they give you, or you need to reschedule, you’re waiting an additional handful of weeks or added months to your treatment. Next, and what ultimately prompted me to finally write this review, is the wait time when you do show up for your scheduled appointment. This is the second time now where I’ve waited 45+ minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I can’t recall one instance where I’ve been seen on time by this practice. Lastly, once you do arrive at a chair, you’re waiting an additional amount of time to be seen by Dr. Shawney. What I was told was a retainer checkup appt turned into well over an hour of just waiting. It’s remarkably frustrating that they do not respect the time of their adult patients, and can’t extent the common courtesy of an apology when they’re running so far behind. I respected your time and was waiting early for my appointment, the least you can do is acknowledge being 45+ minutes late to mine.
