I really had a good experience using Smiley Law firm. They were courteous, and they answered all my questions. They also got me the max that my insurance company can pay out. It truly was a great experience. The physical therapist they sent me to ,was a great experience.I would recommend to anyone who needs a injury lawyer.

He knows the ins and outs of the system better than anyone else -- and when it comes to negotiating settlements, he's a champ. Star, the legal assistant, kept me apprised of any and all updates throughout the entire process. Her communication is wonderful. Seth Smiley runs a tight ship. I told them how much I hoped for -- and my settlement was TWICE that number. I didn't enjoy getting hit by a car. I DID enjoy working with Smiley Injury Law -- might as well get some lemonade out of the lemons life throws at you!
