I cannot say enough good things about Helen and Ravenswood boarding. We went to Europe for ten weeks and I was worried about leaving my dog Russell with a stranger. He was just over a year old with a lot of energy. Then I found Helen who put my mind at ease right away. She allowed me to bring Russell over for a few visits and sleepovers before we left so he could get used to her family and her home. This made the transition very easy when it came time to leave him before our trip. She took excellent care of him. They went on daily walks, she took him to the dog park so he could run and play with other dogs and she treated him with bones cooked in broth. Wow, spoiled!! She sent me videos regularly so I could see how he was doing and that made me feel really good to know that he was being well taken care of and was having a great time. He loved it at her home. He enjoyed playing with the other dogs who would stay with her and being around her two twin boys. We still bring Russell regularly to spend time with her. It is his second family and he is so excited each time we go to visit. Finding someone you can trust can be very stressful. Every dog owner wants the best for their pet and Ravenwood is that and much more. A lovely family, a beautiful home in a nice neighbourhood and a fantastic environment to leave your pet.

Helen at Ravenswood has taken such great care of my dog. We met up beforehand to see if it was a good fit, and I could see right away what a safe and happy space she creates for the puppies. Even very old, energetic ones like mine. Helen provides me with photos and updates, and clearly is passionate about what she does. I will happily bring our dog over any time we need someone to sit for us.

Ravenswood Dog Sitters I can't say enough!! Helen and her family are amazing with our Cooper! From day one Cooper loved going to Helen's and playing with his best buddy Russell (when he is there for the day too). Helen treats all her dog guests like family and they have the comforts of home while they are there. Every time I drop Cooper off it is like see ya later Mom...I am at Helen's and he doesn't look back. This is 100% what every dog owner wants for their furry loved ones. Thank you Helen for taking such great care of our Cooper :)

If there were more stars I would give them! Our dog had never been at a sitter or kennel of any sort before, so we were quite nervous however the first meeting with Mandy made us feel so much better! Rudy felt at home right away. We took him back for a little visit with her and then she even agreed to meet me at a park so he could meet the other dog that would be with her at the same time as Rudy. She sent pictures and updates every night. He had a fantastic time. Mandy treats her fur guests like family. They get lots of exercise and lots of love. I was worried Rudy wouldn't want to come home with us :). Helen was great to deal with as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Mandy as a sitter. She is a lovely person and has a true love for dogs. We will definitely use her services again.
