What I appreciated most was how clearly everything was explained to me - it made a big difference. This was honestly a much better experience than with my previous dentist. First of all the place is shiny clean. Secondly, the staff greet you with a smile and are very sweet and polite. The Dental Assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The dentist, Dr Maxwell Chen was extremely professional, but also caring, polite and put me at ease, knowing I was in good hands. He explained everything to me, asked if so had questions or concerns and gave me several different options to my problem. We discussed the options and let me choose which option I felt the most comfortable with. I left very happy and looked forward to my next appointment.
