Got there on time for my app't but then had to wait a half hour after arriving. I understand things happen to delay app't times but it would be nice if someone would acknowledge you and explain the delay. Would also be nice if they could turn the TV on in the waiting area for those of us not on our cell phones. Met my new dentist for the first time and he found some issues that my previous dentist never mentioned. Kind of like taking your car to a new mechanic. You're never sure who you can trust for a accurate diagnosis. On a positive note, the Dental Hygienist ( Michelle) was terrific. Explained absolutely everything she was doing and was very gentle with my checkup and cleaning. 5 stars for her.

Absolutely outstanding!!! Felt completely taken care of from the moment I arrived. They turned an anxious situation for me into a very positive one. Denise and Lisa are true gems! I have terrible dental anxiety when it comes to anything even just a simple cleaning Sarah, the dental hygienist, Was absolutely phenomenal and made sure that I was beyond comfortable the entire time. I’ve never been that calm and comfortable during a dental appointment before I think this is the first time I’m not dreading my next appointment. Thank you Sarah and the southwest dental team!!!

My visit to Southwest Dental Office is always good. I have never had a bad experience. From the desk staff when you check-in and leave and rebooking and paying is never a problem. I love my dental Hygienist Michelle. I only book my cleanings when I know she is working and available to see me. thank you to all the wonderful staff
