Would NOT recommend. We applied for a property through amrp we were told several times that our application was processing well just to be told weeks later that our application had been rejected because of my partners visa running out in months. After own research this is not along with government guidelines. When we spoke with AMRP about this we were met with racism and discrimination. The manager in particular had an aggressive and threatening tone. We even passed all the vouch referencing. This has been a deeply upsetting situation as we waited a long time for this property and after reassurance from another member of staff that our application would go trough and he “didn’t see any problems with it”. It wasn’t just discrimination and racism, they completely wasted out time and strung us along. They also didn’t get back to emails or return calls even when we had booked them in. Please avoid this company at all costs!t

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Moving 500 miles could have been a nightmare, but thanks to AMRP and their fantastic relocations package, the process was incredibly smooth. Any minor teething issues were more down to me needing an “idiot’s guide” than anything else! From start to finish, the team at AMRP have been nothing but friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. No request is ever too big or small—they truly go above and beyond. Their care and commitment to their tenants aren’t just words; their actions back it up. If you’re looking for a quality property in the North East, I couldn’t recommend AMRP more highly. They’ve made what could have been a stressful move into an experience I’d happily repeat (though hopefully not too soon!). Thank you, AMRP!

Andrew is a workaholic and is always there to help. He was a shining presence in the company. Pleased with the service they provided although could have provided more details on work carried out or at least warnings that x amount was deducted as a result of Y. The reception were helpful and answered the phone almost every time. Thanks, Travis
