When we first started searching for a wedding planner, we weren’t quite sure what to expect or where to begin. We spoke to a few different companies, but nothing felt like the right fit - until we spoke with Jenn at Smitten Events. From that very first conversation, it was an immediate no-brainer. She came across as professional, creative, fun, and enthusiastic, and choosing her was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Throughout the process, Jenn made everything as stress-free as possible. Beyond her incredible organization and attention to detail, she brought so much warmth and humor that the entire journey became genuinely fun. What stood out most was how invested she was - you could feel her excitement and genuine care every step of the way, which made us feel so supported and confident in the process. There were plenty of moments when I didn’t even fully understand my own vision - I was sending her endless Pinterest photos, making up colour names, and constantly second-guessing myself. Somehow, Jenn was able to piece it all together, understand my taste better than I did, and create a vision that turned out even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. I cannot recommend Jenn + Smitten Events enough. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more, all thanks to Jenn.

We came to Smitten after a rough start to wedding planning after hiring a planner that had double-booked herself - I am so happy to say that working with Sarah, it feels like everything went perfectly smoothly. There wasn’t a single issue I can think of on the day of (or if there was, I didn’t know about it!). We did the partial planning package and with the checklists, budget guidance, vendor advisory, and full takeover leading up to the event, we felt extremely supported. Sarah and her team went above and beyond on the wedding day, and her team’s calm, no-nonsense but friendly approach was exactly what we needed. As a typically anxious person, my family and friends were all floored by how calm I was in the lead up to the big day, and I can truly say I had a stress-free wedding thanks to Sarah and the Smitten team!

I wish I could give more stars! Jenn and the Smitten team were incredible and made our wedding a dream come true. From our first meeting until the takeover Jenn’s attention to detail, confidence, and subject matter expertise was very impressive. She answered all of our questions often before we even knew we had them, and she was always there to provide insight and guidance. On the day of Jenn and the Smitten team went above and beyond to ensure the day went smoothly and that my Wife’s vision was executed to perfection. Jenn even went so far as to help us find a dog handler to help ensure our dog was included in our big day. The only regret we have was not doing a more inclusive package from the get go. So if you are on the fence I would highly recommend just going for their more inclusive packages if you can. This would have saved us a lot of stress and headache. We are confident Jenn and the team would have made it that much easier. All in all, you cannot go wrong with Smitten and their team, especially Jenn. Everyone we know commented on the great work done and the perfect execution. Thank you guys so so much for everything.

We're *so darn* grateful for Jordan + Devon at Smitten Events, for not only your timeline spreadsheets and checklists, but for allowing us to really enjoy our wedding and all of its moments. Once you start getting your hair and makeup done, you truly realize how important that is to have them take the reins day-of. You can be as organized as can be, but that day feels like a thousand moments and decisions are happening all at once, so having those two brought so much relief. Honestly, I was fairly stress-free and got to truly embrace that day, knowing it has to do with choosing incredible vendors who know what they're doing. Thank you! M+D
