I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was worth sharing. Booking and communication were super easy. When I arrived, they checked my car and were honest about there being no major issues. They noticed the oil was low, topped it up free of charge, and even took extra time to look under the car to double-check everything. Service like this is rare. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

My car was repaired under the care of Brian who offered competitive pricing and only needed minimal parts, thereby allowing me to save money. Other shops quoted me more than double the price. On a different day when my car had warning lights while driving, I called David and he accepted me promptly to check and scan the issue. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue without a charge. Appreciate Booth St Auto for their service excellence and efficiency.

I can't recommend this shop enough. I had an appointment scheduled for the 18th to get my snow tires changed, but due to recent snowy conditions and my concern about driving without them, I reached out to see if anything could be done sooner. Even though I knew they were really overbooked, they called me yesterday and told me to go over and they would fit me in. I am so grateful for their kindness and amazing customer service. They truly do business with their hearts. Thank you!!!
