It was a great gym to work out at. I was in town for work and looking for a good gym with real equipment and free weights. I called and spoke with the owner, she was very welcoming on the phone and invited me to come try it out. She was very inviting, showed me around and let me get a work out in. The gym was very clean and well organized. She has a good mix of free weights and equipment. I will definitely be going back when I’m in the area.

Been going here the past few months and honestly it’s the best gym I’ve been to since moving to Lafayette. The aesthetic and atmosphere of the gym really sets it apart from most places I’ve worked out at. The service and management is amazing! Ms. Stacy is hands down the nicest and most caring gym manager I’ve ever met!! She runs a dang good gym!! 10/10 across the board.

This gym is easily one of the cleanest I’ve ever visited. The bathrooms are spotless, and the equipment is well-maintained. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners—they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this location for its cleanliness and amenities. Plus, it’s conveniently situated near several great food spots, perfect for refueling after a work out

Was in the area and found this gym to have a quick workout in. It was clean and not over crowded. I do crossfit normally and they had a rig and barbell with weights so I could do my type of workout. Was able to freely use the other machines without waiting on other people.
