Six stars, actually. Ashley arrived very promptly, having locked myself out of my garage. I dealt with many locksmiths during my working life -- and wish they had all been as competent and helpful. To cap it, his charges were very reasonable. You deserve to be busy and successful, Ashley!

This is hands down the worst purchase I’ve made in years. The product was overpriced and underdelivered in every possible way. The quality is poor, the materials feel cheap, and it stopped functioning properly within a week. I contacted their support for a replacement, but they refused and told me to “check the manual.” The manual is useless. I followed every instruction perfectly, and it still doesn’t work. The packaging was also terrible—it arrived half open and dirty. For the amount of money they charge, you expect something at least decent, but this was a complete joke. I feel like I’ve been robbed. There are much better alternatives out there for half the price. I wish I had read more honest reviews before buying this. Please don’t waste your money like I did.

I don’t even know where to begin with how disappointing this experience has been. I’ve sent over ten emails, left multiple voicemails, and still haven’t gotten any meaningful response. Their customer care team might as well not exist. Every time I manage to reach someone, they promise to call back or resolve the issue, but nothing ever happens. I ordered a high-value item that arrived damaged, and they keep blaming the courier instead of taking responsibility. I’ve provided photos, receipts, and every bit of proof they asked for, yet they continue to delay my refund. The complete lack of communication and accountability is infuriating. No one updates you, no one follows up, and no one seems to care. It’s been over a month, and I’m still stuck with a broken product and no resolution. Companies like this should not be in business. They have no respect for their customers whatsoever.

Had to call out Ash on a couple occasions now on very short notice. Both times he has been able to visit my site same day with very short wait times. While on site he goes over and above to explain the issue and solutions. He has delivered great service consistently, and is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Will 100% be calling on him again if I am in need 😁
