Sobeys is a national supermarket chain ' I think they have over 1,000 stores across Canada. I like to talk about this one because it's close to my home and I have been to this supermarket for many times. I think this Sobeys Extra Aurora is a rather big store compare with other stores. I like this store because it's spacious, clean & tidy, everything is very organized . Each department has clear signs and pictures. Shopping around makes you feel comfortable. I like their new shopping cart . They also have nice seating area for people to eat the ready made food that was bought from them. There's a community room for classes or meetings.

My first visit to this store. I can't express enough how helpful the staff in the bakery department were. They were so friendly, acomadating and went out of their way to help me. The bakery items I purchased were fresh and reasonably priced. I will diffinitly go back before I leave town.

I came here to pick up one single item. The employee at the front refused my entry into the store without taking a cart inside. Apparently, it is store policy that all shoppers must take a cart. I don't see how or why this is a logical requirement. 2024 - Great customer service
