As a Small Business owner I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Javier Marketing. Despite investing over $1000, we received negligible results. Javier's persistent requests for admin access to our Google account were unsettling. Moreover, we were burdened with tasks such as updating our website and social media IE For example adding photos to our online platforms and adding descriptions for them, which seemed contradictory to the services we were paying for. When I expressed concern about the lack of calls, Javier dismissed my concerns, attributing them to a supposed lack of online reviews, despite our strong presence on platforms like Google and Yelp. This lack of accountability and professionalism was frustrating. After canceling the service, we were still charged for the following month. We had to contact Javier to refund these charges, a process that was both time-consuming and stressful. Additionally, the website we paid for is no longer active. I strongly advise against considering Javier Marketing for any advertising or web design needs.
