Upon receiving the cleats, I noticed that the right shoe appears to have a manufacturing defect, specifically a noticeably more pointed toe box than the left. Additionally, the shoe shows signs of wear and appears dirty, suggesting it may have been used previously. I reached out to the store via email, and the owner personally contacted me to address my concerns. He assured me that this is not reflective of the store’s usual standards and that the issue likely originated from the manufacturer. Regardless, I’m more than satisfied with the level of service provided by Soccer USA OKC and will continue to shop with them, as I have in the past.

I LOVE Soccer USA! This is the BEST soccer store in all of Oklahoma, with so many options to choose from for footwear, apparel, and other soccer gear. I'm so appreciative for their awesome customer service and partnership with Oklahoma Oblivion, our women's professional indoor team in Oklahoma. Between the gear I need to perform my best on the field, to my two kiddos for their soccer teams, this is our place to get our soccer gear. Our kids and this store have grown together for 15 years, it's the only place we shop for Soccer. Staff always helpful and super friendly. If they don't have what you want they will get it. This is one place I can say has proudly invested into their business and it shows.
