Sofitel Dubai The Palm

This was my second time staying at the hotel and I got to say that this will be a stable place to stay in every time I visit Dubai. The staff are friendly and respectful and the over all amenities are great. The attached mall is a huge plus as you basically don’t need to go anywhere else if you want. Also great location to near by beach clubs within walking distance. I would say that one thing that I view as negative is that there isn’t an option to request housing keeping before you go out unless you call the front desk. I stayed in hotels where they have a button next to the do not disturb for making up the room which is great and convenient. I left my room a couple of times and got back to it in the same condition. So please consider adding that option. Thanks for a memorable stay and look forward to seeing you again soon!!

I recently had the most extraordinary stay at the St. Regis Hotel in The Palm, Dubai. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by every member of the team. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious touches everywhere, but I have to say, the beds are the best beds ever! I've never slept so comfortably in my life.
