When I made my appointment,(a week before )they gave me price which it was on the website , so I accepted and i planed for family celebration. and on the day I went according to my schedule, at the first they changed the person (hair color artist) which i was booking whiteout informing me then they asked me three times the price for same service that i booked, and that's not fair. they made pressure on me and didn’t care my time and my plan.it’s not professional.

My first appointment today and it was AMAZING! I was able to get an appointment because of a cancellation and lucked out that it was Jessica. I have wavy hair and finding a stylist has been a journey. I was immediately comfortable with Jessica - she’s kind and friendly and super skilled with curly hair. She understood me right away and gave great advice. Could not be happier with my first visit and I will definitely be back!

Personally had a terrible experience. My appointment was booked at 8pm but they called me around 7 to ask if I could go earlier at 7:45 as per the technician request. So I went at 7:40 and waited almost 40min for my her to finish. That wasn’t the worst though, she was so rough and made my cuticles bleed. More than one finger and didn’t apologise , didn’t care didn’t check in if it hurt or anything. I didn’t even end up getting polish which was my whole plan, to minimise infection risk. 65$ later for botched painful nails. Not happy at all. Edit : yes you can contact me please to discuss
