Ricki a worker at Blick Art Store in Harlem assisted me in looking for art supplies for an Art Project for my Schizophrenia Adults. In explaining what I needed she was able to go and find the supplies I needed. She was very professional and polite and knew what she was doing! I would recommend that anyone that need assistance she is the one. And not taking away from the workers they are great as well. Thank you Ricki! God bless Patricia

Not happy with the recent service I received here. I went in to make a custom mat for a frame I already have. Upon placing the order, the rep told me that the item would be done the following Friday and to come in to pick it up. I made it in on that Friday only to find that my order was not ready and would not be ready for a month! No one had reached out to inform me of the delay, and I had made a trip for nothing. When I asked for an explanation, the staff made excuses, saying that the person was on vacation and had a backed-up queue—something that should have been disclosed before I placed my order. Had I known upfront that the turnaround time would be this long, I would have taken my business elsewhere. This experience is extremely frustrating, and the lack of communication and professionalism is very disappointing. I won’t be returning anytime soon and urge all potential customers to ask all the necessary questions before placing an order here. It seems like they only care about your money.

Very weird staff. I was followed 3 times in less than 10 minutes. I am not one to ever steal and I only come here because I need materials for a class but otherwise would NEVER come here again. If you can’t trust the clientele in the 125th area SHUT DOWN! Maybe they are only respectful to their white clientele and therefore why they have good reviews. I have a friend who has visited before as a WOC and felt the same way.
