Amanda OdeshoMy three friends and I had the pleasure of staying at The Golden Buddha in Bali. I want to start out by shouting out the entire staff who exceeded any and all expectations from the moment we arrived. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable— starting with welcome drinks, ending with a delicious special dinner and everyday in between! You can really feel that Yogi, Eri, Odek, Wiz and everyone take pride in taking care of their guests. Can’t forget to mention the masseuses, too! they were incredible. The resort itself speaks for itself! Although my photos don’t do it justice, you can tell how well taken care of it is. The view, the pool, the original art/decor, the greenery, the shrines and statues all give you a warm and inviting feeling and a true Bali vibe. And of course the linens and open air SHOWER do not go unnoticed! Not only is the resort perfectly situated between the lush mountains and the ocean, it’s close to the center of town but on a quieter part of the street, making the stay convenient yet peaceful. 10 out of 10 would recommend and hope to have the opportunity to come back again.

They had excellent suggestions for activities -- our cooking class was exceptional and we also enjoyed wine tasting at Baldetti Winery. The grounds were beautiful , well kept and it was easy to let all the tension melt away. Rege was our driver and together with Yogi we did so many things with our new friends, Troy and Kris.The massage was great, breakfast was epic every morning. The villa was so comfortable, beautiful and felt like home.
