I absolutely love going there for my hair, hair removal, massages, pedicures, and sensitive skin facials. I always leave satisfied. They do an excellent service with it all and are pleasant, welcoming, kind, compassionate, and accommodating. Love that parking is never an issue and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy choosing from their wide variety of delightful packages. They're so close to home. Perfect salon and spa!

Sol is a professional unique experience practitioner Hair Stylist. I am one of her client that have a pleasure going to her many years. Each time I go to her I feel my hair is in hand of an highly hair dresser. Even my friends each time telling me who did your hair? So nice! I am so pleased with hair high light and styles!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend Sol to every one. Also as a Laser Spa Sol and her staff are very experience, safe and honest.! I recommend her team also for Laser services. I did my teeth whitening last year @ her spa and I am so pleased!!!!!!!! Thank you to all staff of Sol Scape Salon and Spa! Love you all!!!!!! Where do i begin... So it was my birthday month and I decided to enjoy the day at a spa with my friend. We picked Sol Escape because it seemed promising. We reside in the Milton/Peel area and left around 1.25 hours before our appointment. We thought we'd arrive early but we made it just in time! But wait...We used our car GPS so it took us to their old location (their location from 5 years ago)!! We called them and later realized that their location is actually 20 minutes from where we were so we hurried through Markham traffic to get there and were 30 minutes late for our appointment... We tried to explain to the manager what happened but she literally felt no remorse...used excuses like "it's not my fault you chose to be late"...(first of all, no one chooses to be late...life happens, she couldnt understand that) ...and second she kept saying they close at 5PM even though it was already 2:30 PM and this package deal is 2.5 hours long...it would still end before they close.. she said she had to close up and everything but when we were finished our appointment it was before 5PM and they left RIGHT AFTER WE LEFT....no cleaning no "closing"... Customer is not always right and does not come first at Sol Escape (FYI) The only good thing about this was that the massage therapists were actually nice and knowledgeable. The massage package was pretty good. However, the hair blow out portion of the package did not meet my expectations. My friend was lucky to have her blow out done by the manager herself (probably because she felt bad from arguing with her from the start). But I was unfortunate to have the 2 massage therapist do my hair. I'm pretty sure this happened because she strictly wanted to close at 5PM and to save time, i would have to receive my blow out from the 2 massage therapist. It felt weird having 2 people do my hair...the end results weren't that great. Instead of a blow out, it was more of a blow dry. My hair looked the same as it did when I came in. Although the manager didn't really give an apology to us, she still did an okay job on my friend's hair (and act as if nothing happened). It felt strange. That is why I gave them a 2 star instead of a 1 star. TLDR: Manager isn't really a nice person, the massage was okay, blow out was bad, and make sure you have the correct address in your GPS!

We got a groupon package for couples massage, facial, paraffin hand dip and wash and blow dry. First impression was good: very fresh and clean, nice front desk lady, not too many people which is a good thing too. The massage room has two tables which is perfect, because you can get treatments done at the same time with your partner and you still stay together for the whole treatment. They play relaxation music, so you really feel that you're in a spa) Massages were pretty good, especially I liked the hot stone massage. Maybe just wasn't hard enough for my liking, but I guess it was supposed to be more relaxing than anything else. Facial was ok, not the full facial though, I'd call it a mini facial as it was only scrub, massage and mask. So don't expect a 1 hour facial) My only complain to the facial that the products that they used on my skin felt heavy, as my skin is a bit oily. My bf who has dry skin liked them though. Paraffin dip was good, so as the wash (reported by my bf as I didn't want one). Overall it was a good experience, so solid 4 stars.
