Die Paneele auf dem Dach wurden auch zeitnah montiert, allerdings passierte seit Ende 2024 nichts mehr. Wir warten immer noch auf die Fertigstellung der Anlage (Erdspieß, Speicher, Wechselrichter, fehlen) Wir haben die Firma mehrmals kontaktiert, allerdings wurden wir von Herrn Flascher immer nur vertröstet. Angeblich käme man nicht an die restlichen Teile, da diese in der Halle des anderen Geschäftsführer stehen und er keinen in die Halle lassen würde nach der Trennung der Geschäftsführer. Wir werden das ganze jetzt an einen Anwalt weitergeben!

Die Solarteure haben die Anlage einwandfrei auf unserer Dachfläche installiert. Alle Termine wurden eingehalten wie kommuniziert. Die Elektriker und Monteure waren immer pünktlich und sogar etwas vor der Zeit da. 10 von insgesamt 5 Sternen! Ich habe die Firma bereits des Öfteren an Freunde und Familie weiterempfohlen. Daniel HemmannIch habe eine komplette PV-Anlage inklusive Wallbox gekauft und bereits vollständig bezahlt. Die Anlage wurde jedoch nur teilweise installiert – die Wallbox, obwohl unabhängig montierbar, fehlt bis heute. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail, Telefon, SMS und sogar Einschreiben erhielt ich keinerlei Rückmeldung – auch nicht von der Geschäftsleitung. Laut Impressum gehören die Standorte Biberach, Trossingen und Soest zur gleichen Firmengruppe mit denselben Geschäftsführern (David Holdenried & Edward Lemisch), die ich beide kontaktiert habe – ohne Erfolg. Warum ich nach Schließung von Biberach ausgerechnet an den viel weiter entfernten Standort Soest verwiesen wurde, statt an das naheliegende Trossingen, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Mein E-Auto steht inzwischen ohne Lademöglichkeit – ich sehe mich gezwungen, einen Drittanbieter zu beauftragen und rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten. Sehr enttäuschend.
