I asked Moh for a simple side part haircut — a style I’ve had many times at barbershops around downtown Toronto. He said my hair “can’t be cut like that,” which makes no sense. Why not? I’ve had this exact style done many times at different barbershops around downtown Toronto, and I was always happy with the result. His attitude was rude and dismissive. He looked annoyed, cut my hair very roughly, pushed my head down, and showed zero respect. At the end, he claimed the haircut was “amazing” and said no one could do it like him. He was right — no one else could ruin a haircut this badly. On top of that, his coworker finished another customer’s haircut in about 10 minutes. I honestly don’t understand how this place has a 4.8 rating. If you care about your hair and basic respect, avoid this place.
