Rochelle and her staff are by far the best attorneys we have ever used. I can not overstate how impressed and pleased we are with the job they did for us. First and foremost, while protecting you is their top priority, they are deal makers who never lose sight that the objective is to actually close the deal while getting you the most advantageous terms. Sounds like a no-brainer. It isn't. Too many attorneys are the cause of deals falling apart. Rochelle is time conscious, extremely responsive, and reasonably priced. Very poor experience. One that ended up costing me more money in a settlement and attorneys fees than I would like to share. I was referred to this law firm by a different law firm that represented my company for quite a while. I emailed one of the partners and I was quickly assigned to one of the other attorneys. Long story short, I made it abundantly clear what my goals were in this transaction that I was to be represented in as well as what I did not want out of it. To the extent that some of the language in the original contract was removed catering to my requests. That said, it was clear what I wanted and didn't want out of the contract. Fast forward to the end of the dispute with the other side and me being out of the amount of money that a house costs, I was not as secure via the contract as I was led to believe. I approached the firm about this after the settlement only to be told that they did their job and here is an email proving that the language in the contract was discussed. Unfortunately, I am not an attorney and that language was not clearly explained. There has been a whole lot that I have learned about this type of transaction and unfortunately I paid dearly for that education. It is frustrating when you spend the money on higher end attorneys only to be represented in a dis-satisfactory manor. I could not in good faith recommend this firm. I believe that they likely have extremely talented attorneys that are the best of the best in communication but that was not my experience.
