I’ve attended 3 classes at Solshine Yoga - the restorative yoga class taught by Erin focuses on breath work deep stretching & promotes self healing. (The views of the ocean and clouds in the large mill windows is an added bonus!) Last nights class was meditation/Reiki also led by Erin and Sarah - focused on aligning the chakras (I’ve had some block that needed releasing!) I feel so much lighter & zen after every class! 10/10 would recommend! 🧘‍♀️✨🪴

I went to my first Solshine Yoga class this past Saturday for beginners and it was an amazing and enlightening experience. Amanda was the instructor and she was so amazing getting us all in tune with our bodies, promoting self love and abundance. I loved the class so much I booked another class immediately for the next Monday night. This class was even better! The energy and power I feel my body has during these sessions is indescribable and I cannot recommend this place enough. The Monday night class was during sunset and we had the most amazing views of the sunset along the shoreline that radiated into the studio through the large windows. I feel truly at peace every time I leave a session and all of their instructors are dedicated and extremely helpful. They have a range of classes from beginner to advanced and I’m excited to keep learning!

I love this yoga studio! Big, beautiful, clean, friendly, and inclusive! The instructors are amazing and accommodate for different levels of abilities. I especially love Sarah! Whether you are a beginner or a yoga expert this place has something for you.

I've tried many yoga studios in the area and this is the only one that checks all the boxes for me. When you know, you know. The owner Sarah and the other instructors Justine and Amanda are amazing!!! They are knowledgeable, kind, and make you feel welcome from day one. I get everything I need from Solshine. A really good practice in a beautiful location by amazing instructors. Couldn't ask for more.
