I will respectfully say the sales guy was cool, but the service sucked… the techs would show up and sit in their vehicles, for like 5-10 min and then only walk inside greet my wife and then leave.. didn’t provide anything helpful.. I will not use this company again.. they take your money and give you the middle finger

I just wanna share my Experience with this company. I will say I was definitely gaslighted into signing up for this company. I mean, that’s what sales people do though they try to get you to sign up with them. I had wasp really bad and my kids wanna go outside and play and I didn’t want them to get stung. Did I have the extra money to dish out every month not really but for protection of my children I went ahead and signed up. They were doing a promotion in my neighborhood apparently so all the fees got waived and I only had to pay like 80 bucks a month. So I thought why not I’ll do what I can to cover the extra expense every month. Anyways, moving forward, they came out three times. Out of those three times they came out I continue to have wasp really badly. I know that it does take time for the chemicals to react. However, this was months later, and I was still having problems. So I wanted to cancel. I didn’t see the point in dishing out the money if I was still having a problem. Now this Is my fault for not completely understanding everything and not reading it fully myself. So I take full responsibility for this part when you cancel, you will get charged A cancellation fee, plus the amount that they waved from being in my neighborhood. The promotion they were doing in my neighborhood they were gonna add that on to the cancellation plus the month that I was trying to cancel for, even though I tried to cancel ahead of time that month and didn’t use them. So all in all to get out of this agreement is costing me $500 to cancel my subscription of pest control. So I’m not happy with this company. I feel that they should at least try to work with you. Especially if I wasn’t happy with the service after a few months. instead, now I’m in debt with them for $500 and if I don’t pay it, it goes on my credit which I’ve been working hard to get my credit back right. So I am just doing this review to let you guys know. Be careful. make sure you completely understand what these people are trying to sell you. Again, I will say it was my fault for being gullible and not reading the fine print. However, I’m trying to stop the next person for making the same mistake.

They provide a great service. However, if you sell your property or move before your contract is up and you only have several months left on the contract you CAN NOT just pay the remaining balance it is an automatic $300 dollar cancelation fee. Even if what you owe is only $50 or $100. If you are thinking about using this service it’s something to consider unless you know you will carry out the entire year contract.

Excellent service. Very friendly technicians. Not only did they remove the wasp nests my technician provided me with suggestions that would assist in keeping the wasps away all together. My technician did advise that there is no way to eliminate the wasps as the chemicals don’t kill the larva, but they would come as often as I needed. Just one call with an issue and they had my appointment scheduled for the next day!! Money well spent.
