I had my solarpannels installed yesterday and I got my invoice today with a payment date in 3 days so Easter Monday. In my offer there was a battery but it has not been installed as Soly doesn't have batteries for the moment. Nobody had ever bothered to inform me about this fact before the installation as I would have refused. Also my panels are of a different brand and of different parameters. The inverter is of the right brand but half cheaper. Completely different model. There is nothing the same as in my offer. Except from the price and the company name. Not happy with Soly Belgium at all.

In juni 2024 enphase PV panelen laten plaatsen, want gekozen voor kwaliteit. Momenteel, 7 maanden na plaatsing (!) zijn deze nog altijd niet actief. 4 keer technieker over de vloer gekregen, vanalles vervangen maar niks werkt. Momenteel komen ze niet eens meer met een oplossing. Blijven ze schermen met een software oplossing van Enphase zelf, maar wij zijn nog steeds niet geholpen. Service?? Veel praatjes en blijkbaar onbekwaam in trouble shooting.
