I recently had a Sound Healing session with Ashley and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived the space felt calm and welcoming. Ashley guided me with such gentleness and care. The singing bowls melted away the tension I’d been holding in my lower back and left feeling grounded, deeply relaxed, and renewed. It’s rare to find something that nurtures mind, body, and spirit so beautifully. I’m already looking forward to booking my next session at Foundations Yoga in Madison New Jersey!

Yoga Therapy Sessions with Jennie Green Found Jennie to be very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. She emphasizes details and quickly corrects any movements that are out of alignment. I highly recommend booking a session with Jennie, it will complement your practice or help you with your recovery

I am in recovery for connective tissue issues from Lyme disease. Yoga Therapy with Jeannie has been wonderful, learning ways to strengthen my body and modify poses. The class instructors are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I am so happy to have found Foundations Yoga!!
