However, I recently encountered an issue with one of your new employees that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. On two separate occasions, I've interacted with this employee, and unfortunately, I found her to be a bit rude. Today, for instance, I arrived at the salon around 4:45 PM and noticed that she was already attending to another client. I patiently waited until she finished, and when she became available at 4:55 PM, I politely requested to have my eyebrows and upper lip done. However, her response was rather curt, stating that she didn't have time as the salon was closing at 5 PM. While I understand that I was late, and I'm sorry for that. But it was the way she spoke to me that made me feel uncomfortable. I wasn't aware of the Saturday timings, so it's my fault for not checking." , it was the tone in which she responded that left me feeling uncomfortable. I believe that a little politeness and professionalism in her interactions with clients would go a long way in ensuring a positive experience for everyone. I want to clarify that my feedback doesn't reflect my overall satisfaction with your salon or your team, who have been fantastic. I appreciate your services and commitment to a welcoming environment.
