I use the tanning area of the gym . This area is always clean , the staff are super friendly and have good advice about how long and how often to use the tanning equipment. All in all I’m very happy with my experience at Sooke Health & Fitness.

Literally the best gym in the area. Staff are highly skilled and very friendly. It feels like a family. Reasonable fees, 24 hr access, they offer nutritional consults, supplements and tanning. Contracts are easy to get out of, unlike other gyms. I give it an AAA+

This is one of the few gyms I felt comfortable even joining, it was so easy to sign up online and received a beyond kind call the next morning welcoming me to the gym. It was so refreshing to not feel intimidated going into a gym, and the staff are so kind and easygoing. I highly recommend this space for any gym newbie
