Honestly, I will not make use of a Sorbet ever again for nails. I wanted a French mani and pedi with normal nail polish, which one can do at home right? Was told they only do gel, until another lady stepped in and said it can be done. My cuticles were hacked till they bled. My nail beds over filed, till they hurt. My nails not even filed properly into a square to a smooth surface. The French mani resembled it was done by a kindergarden child. Definitely, not by a well trained nail technician. One doesn't use your finger to push down white nail polish, which is still wet to keep it in place. If this is the quality Sorbet prides themselves on, I would be ashamed.

Excellent service from Buhle when I went to get a buff off and shaping for my nails.

Very bad service and overly priced. I went for a pedicure which I assumed that they would paint with nail polish at least but instead they said that I would have to pay extra to paint which is ludicrous after paying R335 already. If the manager had told me this from the start I wouldn’t have done it at all. Anyway I won’t be going to this salon in future.

Without fail, best eyebrow wax and tint each time. My daughter & I also had a pedi & paint. The ladies are all so friendly & kind and made an extra fuss of my 7 year old.
