I cannot speak high enough praises for the Emergency Vet hospital. My Akita had salmon poisoning and she received the most care with each doctors that my Akita seen they reassured me. They had kindness they had understanding and they have the love for each animal. They saved my baby do not hesitate. They will take phenomenal care of your family memberand I like to stand my appreciation for each, and every staff member they treated us with compassion and was understanding thank you each and ever one of you. These are the pictures when she was sick and the day after she got to come home what a huge difference they literally saved sugar’s life.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our experience here. What turned out to be an absolute nightmare at another emergency vet clinic, was an exceptional and heartwarming experience here, considering the circumstances. We knew we weren’t going to go home with our sweet 17 y/o kitty, but we received such amazing compassion, and time with our boy Hurricane and we will be forever grateful. A special shoutout to Hanna, who was by herself at the front desk but took care of us as if we were her only concern. Thank you to your entire amazing staff! You do not have an easy job and we appreciate all of your efforts! Thank you for allowing us to spend time with our beloved pet and for the beautiful wooden box and paw print ornament of our boy. Even when picking up his ashes, your staff was warm, considerate, compassionate and professional. We appreciate you.

Hello Emergency Vet Clinic Team, I wanted to give you an update on Ziva, and express my whole gratitude to your entire team, this feels like the right time to do it during the week leading to Thanksgiving! Ziva came into your care several months ago and you all showed empathy and patience while providing the best treatment to her. She was doing very poorly and I was very distressed when I brought her in. You all showed great patience and empathy through the days she was at your clinic. I want to express many special thanks to the nurse who cared so much for Ziva (I believe her name was Mallory, I hope I got it right), and also to Dr. Bishop, what an amazing veterinarian!!! When it was unsure if Ziva would pull through and I had to have very difficult conversations with him, he showed so much patience and empathy, he always took the time to answer all my questions and explain what the best options were. Thankfully, Ziva recovered suddenly after a few days of treatment and she is doing well. Her sister, Maya is not too impressed with Ziva being back and bossing her around though, lol. I am enjoying every day I have with Ziva and her sister. Thank you again for the great work you all do!!! I recommend this clinic for anyone who needs to bring their furry babies for vet care!!!
