We went for a birthday and it was a truly special night. The meal was phenomenal and the donuts were spectacular. Our waiter went above and beyond helping us with wine and taught us a bunch. I cannot remember his name but he was great.
The food was amazing! and the portions were great for the price. My only complaint is that it takes months to get a reservation. It's a very romantic atmosphere and even months later I'm still thinking about how good the food was. They set the standard for what I expect in fine dining now!
Second time coming here and blown away yet again. One of the top restaurants in Cincinnati that will not disappoint you! You have to try the Bistecca, which is the best steak in the city in my opinion. We also enjoy the octopus appetizer and the truffle pasta. Great for a date or to go with a group!
It's hard to get into but worth it. Service was great. The server explained the menu beautifully. The goat cheese appetizer was my favorite, although pastas were amazing. And you have to get the warm donuts with dipping sauce.
I’ve eaten at a lot of upscale restaurants. Food is by far the best I’ve had in Cincinnati! Be prepared to spend a couple hundreds but helps if you do not get a lot of drinks. Black truffle pasta and short rib pasta is Devine
Easily the best Italian food in Cincinnati. My absolute favorite and it's not even close. The menu can be complicated to order from but the waitress is always very helpful when needed. A reservation is a must and sometimes even a few months out. A definite must try if you live in Cincinnati.
Truffle season is on! Food is excellent and we always have an extremely knowledgeable waiter. We ordered the seasonal dishes, the truffle for my wife and I got the wild boar pasta. And we had to get the bread to start and donuts to finish!
Five star service all around. We had so many amazing things. The goat cheese grilled bread, the prosciutto arugula, the pappardelle, the ricotta dessert: all superb. The cappellacci: underwhelming. Would I dine here again? Of course. Am I running back to make reservations? No. Nothing was wrong. It was good. Just not great. Good thing I'm not giving out real stars. 😂
