This was, without a doubt, the worst physiotherapy service I have ever received. After just one session, the physiotherapist's careless and overly aggressive manipulation left me in significantly worse condition than when I arrived. By the next day, my back was completely thrown out—I could barely walk. What began as localized pain spread down to my leg, making everyday tasks agonizing. After 2 weeks, the intensity has dulled slightly, but I'm still dealing with persistent leg pain that never existed before this disastrous appointment. The lack of proper care, professionalism, and attention to patient safety here is astounding. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Do yourself a favor—run in the opposite direction unless you want to leave in worse shape than you came.

I had an exceptional experience at the clinic with Dr. Asad and his colleague Harleen, and I cannot recommend them enough! From my very first appointment, they were both incredibly welcoming and professional, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed about my treatment plan. Dr. Asad’s expertise in physiotherapy greatly alleviated my issues, and Harleen’s attentive care contributed immensely to my rehabilitation. Their teamwork and dedication were evident in every session, making my recovery process smoother than I could have imagined. Kind, friendly, professional, personal. Wondering at coordinating with my schedule. Shockwave, relaxing with heat and home excessive helped me so much in regaining my mobility, confit and being less stiff. I have been for two different reasons and will be back for sure if needed. Definitely recommend!
