Dr. Jean Wu is excellent, she is the best dentist I have ever met or known. I had very bad TMJ problems when I first met her: pain, swollen, couldn't bite and eat. Even after the 1st visit, my symptoms had been greatly reduced. Dr. Wu used a lot of her techniques to treat my TMJ over the course of last two years. My TMJ problems have been fully treated and stabilized for a while. I feel I'm so lucky to be her patient, and highly recommend her to anyone who needs help. Her hygienist is also super. My teeth were cleaned much much better here than other clinics I went to before.

I had 3 fillings done at this place, and all three failed in less than 2 years. This raises serious concerns about either the material used, or the dentist’s attitude and the quality of work. - during my first visit, the dentist claimed I had inter-proximal cavities between my molars. A few months earlier, another clinic found no such issue, but I went ahead with fillings anyways. - 18 months after the fillings, I started experiencing bite pains. Later I discovered that the fillings on both molars had cracked, and one of them had developed secondary decay underneath the material, causing the pain. I had to redo the entire filling then. - they also fixed a small chip on my crown with resin material. It fell out within a month. Later, a dentist elsewhere told me that they usually won’t try to fix a ceramic crown with resin material as the bond is weak). I wasn’t informed of this at this clinic. If one tooth had issues, it could be bad luck, but having 3/3 fillings fail in less than 24 months suggests either poor workmanship or subpar material. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

I’ve been going to Dr Wu for a few years now and she really is my favourite dentist! I dread going to the dentist for any procedure just like most people. However, my teeth are so prone to decay so its inevitable. Dr Jean Wu is the most patient, friendly, attentive dentist I’ve ever came across, and shows genuine care towards patients. She is very light handed and gentle unlike some dentist, and regularly checks on how I’m feeling during the appointment. Serena the receptionist is very friendly and warm! The clinic is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.
