I’m going to start off by saying I’ve never written a review for anything before but I feel I needed to for our experience at Dental Care Asleep. I can’t even explain to you how amazing each individual staff member was from our first consultation to the actual surgery day. My 7 year old son had a frenectomy done (tongue tie snipped) My son had a lot of anxiety leading up to the consultation day but once he met Dr. Wong he made him feel so comfortable and relaxed about the procedure. The day of the surgery my son was able to walk into the office with such confidence knowing he was going to be well taken care of. The nurses on surgery day were so sweet and attentive and made my son feel so comfortable and helped me to relax too! The front desk staff was absolutely amazing from the very beginning they went above and beyond any office staff I’ve ever dealt with in a medical clinic. I literally can’t get over how sweet each and every person in that office was. I can definitely say this was a rare experience and it was absolutely worth writing a review for, Thank you Dental Care Asleep team for everything! For anyone looking to book with them, make no hesitations you’ll be well taken care of!

My 6 year old had some issues and the initial consult was great! My questions were answered very well and the time needed to explain was not rushed. The day of the procedure they took great care in making sure my little guy was comfortable and everything went great. Back to school less than 24hrs later! Great communication with us (parents) during the treatment of our children. It was our first time there and from consultation to treatment, the doctors, nurses, assistants and secretaries were all so kind and helpful with all our questions and concerns.
