Very happy with the service that was given the other day! Had an appointment at 1pm came in at 11 am. Straight away looked after by Ryan. Definitely an asset to his team and with knowledgeable young people like himself, it is a positive light for Canada! After a quick 1 hour work my vehicle was reset, clogged out and even valeted for me. Even the whole process before hand I had to call in numerous times to change appointments due to my own personal reasons, each time was made seamless with the follow up emails and text messages! Overall because of the service in the future I will end up purchasing my next vehicle from here.
Horrible experience. I called to ask a few service-related questions before bringing my car in, even though I live downtown. The receptionist laughed, ignored my concern that the service team wasn’t answering, and transferred me anyway without addressing my question. Avoid this dealership if you value customer service, especially for the price you’re paying. There’s a clear gap in basic customer service standards. A simple greet, asking open-ended questions, and actually helping the customer goes a long way in building brand loyalty for future repeat clients who might purchase a vehicle and trade in.
