wattsinaboxUPDATE: Owner left response to my review taking ZERO accountability for their incredibly poor correspondence and communication. I have proof on my end of several emailed attempts to them and no responses for weeks. Super unprofessional. After posting my review I received several calls from other businesses that were taken advantage of by this company. They over bill and do not provide adequate service. These companies lost thousands due to negligence of south street & Co. Owner should be ashamed. I very much tried to use this company. Sadly, the communication is quite literally the worst communication I've probably ever received in marketing and advertising. I was practically begging these people to take my money and no one would return my calls or emails. For weeks on end. Then would use excuses about problems with email servers as to why they weren't "getting my emails" When in fact they got all of them. I even asked them to provide proof that they responded to me because they lied saying they had. Couldn't so that either. Tried to go over budget and needs for my business. Would take WEEKS to get any type of answer from anyone. I do hope the owner of this company reads this email. Bethany and Becky are not a good representation of your company and do not take your customer engagement seriously. Very disappointing experience I had. I wanted to use this company. Will NOT be recommending to any of my fellow entrepreneurs in Central Florida.

Josh Brownlee. We gave this company $11,000 for six months of SEO and our traffic and amount of customers literally decreased. If you’re a small business or even a big one don’t use this company. Not only did we lose the $11,000 but they said we needed a new website to work with them. They referred us to someone to make us a new website for $1,200 and it’s literally falling apart. We lost thousands of dollars working with South Street. We urge you to not make the same terrible mistake we did. Edit- to clarify we never pivoted from tile to carpet cleaning. We’ve always offered this service. It goes to show we worked with this company for 6 months and to this day aren’t sure what we do. We offer 4 services total and two of them are in the business title. These people are incompetent thieves. Call someone else to do SEO or you’ll throw $11,000 away like we did using South Street Marketing
