OMG!! Where do I begin… First I called to book a small gathering of our neighbours 15 people and was met with the most helpful service kind and helpful staff… Then the day arrived and with no disappointment waitress Desiree was AMAZING!! Very helpful very detailed and provided FANTASTIC service!! 5 stars for Desiree also our dishes were made to perfection!! Thank you everyone for helping us all unite with our community in the most amazing venue❤️

Soy free options. They use canola oil instead of vegetable oil. Dog friendly patio. Natalie was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. Food was terrific. Atmosphere was perfect. A very welcoming place.

I have been here before a few times, for a few events and paw patrol brunch. All have been okay! Paw patrol was fun for my child and it was a great time. Today I went to the Ariel brunch, I can't say the same about this brunch. The cost of this of event is about $65 for two. So today my group arrived, seemed okay. I looked around and no decor really. They did have colouring sheets at the table that was nice. They didn't have a big backdrop set up in a larger side room, nor did they have the craft tables there. It took forever to come out, we were there about 45 mins before she came out. It took a long time for her to even make it to our side of the room even. Then I came back and was told there was no room In the craft room for our children. I'm not understanding this as I paid the same as everyone else. I wait ten mins and still No switching kids around. so I make my way over to this little tiny room that is beyond crowded with kids and adults. I mean you couldn't move in here at all. All the crafts were already done, my daughter did not get to Participate, nor did my friend's child. I then see Ariel dancing and everyone signing along, the kids I was with couldn't even squeeze in there. I had to ask people to move. They did have a tiny backdrop there but nothing like it was for paw patrol. Then she was packing up and it was time to go. I found this disorganized, not as decorated and to be honest I was disappointed. I talked to The manager and she apologized but offered no solution. I told her I would write a review in regard to this and her response was if I must and she walked away. I won't be back for an event here, I'll try other places for things like this. If there's not enough room for All the children that have booked, allow Fewer numbers or Perhaps use the larger space like You have in the past. This was not worth the money it cost, not even close. We went for the first time in a while, it was okay. The fries were terrible, my wife and our friends wife didn't eat them and wouldn't even take home. The women ordered a sandwich and it too wasn't that great, my wife left some. I had the burger with fries, I enjoyed the burger but fries like I said was a no. My friend had the roast beef with potatoes. He enjoyed his. Well as for going back its not in our plans to visit again. We all have been there many times, but this made our minds to look elsewhere.
