From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel calm and supported. Everyone was super kind and understanding. Dr. Sarah, who checked my budgie, was amazing. She was so gentle with him and treated him with so much love and care, like he was her own pet. She explained everything in a really clear and patient way, and she never made me feel rushed or confused. I felt really comfortable the whole time, and it meant a lot to see how much love and attention they gave my little bird. Overall, I had such a positive experience. You can tell they genuinely care about animals and the people who bring them in. I’m really grateful for how they handled everything. I definitely recommend them.
