Yesterday I took my budgie to Burloak Animal Hospital because he was showing signs of being sick, and I was honestly so worried. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel calm and supported. Everyone was super kind and understanding. Dr. Sarah, who checked my budgie, was amazing. She was so gentle with him and treated him with so much love and care, like he was her own pet. She explained everything in a really clear and patient way, and she never made me feel rushed or confused. I felt really comfortable the whole time, and it meant a lot to see how much love and attention they gave my little bird. Overall, I had such a positive experience. You can tell they genuinely care about animals and the people who bring them in. I’m really grateful for how they handled everything. I definitely recommend them.

Last Monday was my first time here and I felt very welcomed and well cared for along with my two baby ferrets. Margaret and Dr. McKinnon were excellent—kind, warm, and supportive—and they guided me through the entire process. Excellent place and service. My babies got their vaccines and a complete check up. We called the clinic because our lovebird, Skittles, was sick and got an appointment the day of. Dr. Sarah was very knowledgeable and prescribed her medication that helped her recover in a week. The staff was extremely kind and courteous with our follow-up calls. We are grateful that they were able to help our Skittles get back to her cheerful and playful self!
