We used Garnet for our extension and remodelling of our kitchen in Harpenden which took place in the second half of last year. The photos do not do justice to the quality and professionalism of Jordan, Arek and their team and it has been life changing and worth every penny. Garnet were recommended by our architect and were a pleasure to deal with from the start. We are two professionals working in London and Jordan came to speak to us on Saturdays and spent so much longer with us than other companies that quoted. They used professional contracts (a relief for two lawyers!) and everything was clearly costed and agreed. There were no nasty surprises at any point- just clear communication and suggested approaches when we hit inevitable unexpected things. They accommodated adding on work on our kitchen and flooring despite being busy and even showed up within 15 mins when I needed a different washer for our new fridge to be installed. One really striking thing is any other tradespeople we have had on site has commented on the quality and speed of the work. With two young children I was worried about whether things would be safe and how disruptive it would be. The lack of impact shows how considerate they were- I was never worried about my children’s safety and we had minimal time where builders were in the main house. In summary, I would highly recommend and would definitely use again when we buy our next property. Thank you team!

We had our whole apartment on Frognal Street renovated and the results are amazing! The team was professional, reliable, and finished everything to a really high standard.
