My Mercedes broke down whilst on holiday in Dorset on a Saturday with a defective steering lock. One phone call to Southern Automotive was all it took for them to fully understand the problem and offer a solution. Within a few hours Darren was in attendance, with the correct part. After explaining in detail what had failed and the method of repair, he got to work. In under an hour the car was fixed, and I was able to leave for my home in Cambridgeshire. With the very quick service on a weekend, and a very fair price, I cannot recommend this company - and Darren in particular, more. 5 stars and more is fully deserved.
